In case you missed it, Surprise Ride was on The View Thursday, February 15th, 2018 alongside our awesome investor Kevin O’Leary to celebrate our success since appearing on Shark Tank. It was one of the most exciting things to happen to us since Shark Tank and Beyond the Tank!
We were honored that Kevin hand-picked us to go on LIVE TV(!) in front of nearly three million viewers! We’re glad so many of you were able to tune in, and we even had some super fans cheering us on in the audience.
The View was the perfect time to reveal a major company announcement: Surprise Ride products will now be available to people of all ages as a digital detox activity to relax without iphones, ipads, and all those other screens keeping us up at night! This is a direction we’ve been testing for a while, and is a natural fit for Surprise Ride and our mission. Adults are already using our kits to relax!
Backstage, it was awesome catching up with Kevin and all the Sharks! We also met the whole cast of The View – Joy Behar even took our Beeswax Candle Making Kit for her grandchild! We learned that Whoopi Goldberg doesn’t use devices in her bedroom, and believes we should set an example for children by having a healthy relationship with technology. Cool, right!?
Check out our clip from The View and some behind the scenes photos below, we well as our full press release.
